Ashley Jones
Ashley Aubra Jones (born September 3 1976) is an American actress. She is well-known for her soap opera roles, including Megan Dennison (The Young and the Restless) and Bridget Forrester (The Bold and the Beautiful). The actress played Daphne as a regular on her role in the HBO drama True Blood's second season. Ashley Jones received a Bachelor of Human Learning for K-8 at the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. Her teaching journey began in Maury County teaching Reading to Kindergarten and 1st grade. Brent Jones moved from UT Martin to Thompsons Station after she got married. Her first teaching job was at Bethesda Elementary, where she taught the 4th grade. Between 1999 and 2000 she continued teaching and earn her Master of Instruction from Trevecca Nazarene University. In 2000, she left the classroom after welcoming their youngest son Baylor. Ashley has dedicated the past fifteen years to encouraging the growth of children in the local church as well as in the local community. Ashley has served as director of the Preschool Ministry and also in Student Ministry since over 13 years. Ashley's children were homeschooled during the three years they were at home. While they were homeschooling, the children attended a tutorial at which Ashley taught History at the beginning of Kindergarten and in First Grade. God has clearly demonstrated to Ashley and her family the necessity of going back to schools. While Ashley enjoyed the homeschooling experience, she also enjoyed being with her five children. Brent and Ashley are the parents of five children. Silas Eliza and Cruz are all at GCA. Baylor is a GCA graduate is a student at and plays baseball at UT Martin. Callan is a GCA graduate also studies at Western Kentucky University. This is a group of busy people who love to fish, hunt and cheer each other on during their favorite games.
